$80,000 - $120,000 + Equity + Relocation support + Flexible PTO + Full medical + Training
Miami, FL (5 days a week, in-office)

Are you from a strong enterprise customer success / Client success background and looking to break into the GenAI space where you'll bridge the gap between the customer and AI Agents?

Rather than people, you'll be managing AI agents! This is next-generation customer success, blending technical know-how, Data storytelling, relationship management and upselling!

Based in Miami, this well-funded AI start-up (with huge runway and very well know investors) build and deploy AI Agents that manage millions of calls, texts, and emails each month for their customers and therefore boosting their customer efficiency, productivity and unlocking new revenue without increasing headcount!

This company has a proven product market fit and is growing at an astronomical rate.

This role sits at the crossroads of customer success, Upselling, technical delivery, data storytelling, relationship management, and revenue growth. You'll take ownership of go-live timelines, build performance and outcome reports, and lead efforts to drive renewals and upsells and overall customer experience and product optimization. You will be embedded directly with clients, you'll work hands-on to ensure they unlock the full value and impact of their AI Agent!

Ideal opportunity for someone passionate about AI technology who wants to work with emerging AI solutions in a customer-facing role!

The person:

* From an enterprise customer success / Client success background
* Strong experience within customer facing and presenting roles.
* Some experience building AI Agents or agentic projects using code or no-code tools!
* An understanding of how APIs work and able to explain this clearly.
* Looking to play a huge part within a rapidly scaling GenAI start-up

The position
