Are you a Software Consultant, WMS Consultant or WCS Integration Specialist looking for a remote role where you will take ownership of customer solutions across warehouse automation projects?

Do you want a highly technical, customer-facing position focused on system integration and real-world delivery (designing solutions, not just talking about them)?

On offer is a permanent position with an established warehouse automation and robotics business, supporting customers across Europe. You will work as the front-line technical partner for customers, translating requirements into workable software solutions and bridging the gap between the customer and the internal solution design team.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add to their European team. This role suits someone who enjoys technical problem solving, can communicate confidently in Chinese and English, and has strong experience in WMS and WCS environments.

In this role, you will manage customer expectations and requirements, design solution approaches (without hands-on development), and support diagnostics and upgrades. A background reading code to troubleshoot and estimate change effort is highly desirable.

The Role:

• Remote role (Netherlands preferred, with flexibility across Europe)
• Customer-facing solution design and requirements management
• WMS and WCS integration (including RCS/WES environments)
• Support troubleshooting, upgrades and technical alignment with internal teams

The Person:

• 3+ years experience with WMS and WCS, including integration between the two
• Chinese and English language skills
• Background in warehouse automation, intralogistics software or similar environments
