Are you an experienced Site Manager / Uitvoerder looking for a long-term, stable role where you will be backed by a structured onboarding plan and a supportive team on well-run projects?

This is a permanent position with a well-established construction business where you will be properly supported from day one, with a 6 week training plan on their full process, plus ongoing courses and development as you embed yourself in the company and their way of working.

The company are an established specialist in the design and build of multi-storey parking facilities, delivering projects across the Netherlands (and sometimes Belgium and Luxembourg). Due to continued growth and two new projects mobilising, they are looking to add an experienced site professional to their team.

In this role you will lead day-to-day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, planning materials and logistics, checking work against drawings and programme, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will be client-facing on site and will report into the Lead Site Supervisor and Senior Project Manager.

This role would suit a Site Manager / Uitvoerder with 2+ years' experience, looking for a secure position with a clear process, strong support, and consistent work on projects across the Netherlands.

The Role:

• On-site role delivering projects in Delft / Noord-Scharwoude and wider Netherlands as required (weekday accommodation provided when working away)
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities to programme, quality and budget
• Plan materials, deliveries, resources and logistics to minimise downtime
• Ensure work is completed safely and record quality/safety checks in a digital system
• Client-facing communication and reporting into the Lead Site Supervisor / Senior Project Manager

The Person:

• Fluent Dutch, with good English (German desirable)
• 2+ years' experience as a Site Manager / Uitvoerder (or similar) within construction
• Strong organisation and site coordination skills
