Are you a Junior Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager or Work Planner looking for a stable, long-term role where you will be trained properly and supported by an experienced team from day one?

This is a permanent position with a well-established construction business where you will receive a structured 6 week training plan with a mentor, plus ongoing courses and development as you build towards becoming a Senior Site Manager.

The company are an established specialist in the design and build of multi-storey parking facilities, delivering projects across the Netherlands (and sometimes Belgium and Luxembourg). Due to continued growth and two new projects mobilising, they are looking to add to their site team.

In this role you will be based on site day-to-day, coordinating subcontractors, planning materials and logistics, checking work against drawings and programme, and keeping a close eye on safety and quality. You will report into the Lead Site Supervisor and Senior Project Manager and will be fully supported as you grow into the position.

This role would suit a Junior Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Work Planner or someone with strong site experience looking for a secure role with clear training, good support, and long-term progression.

The Role:

• On-site management support across projects in Delft and Noord-Scharwoude (with travel across the Netherlands as required)
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities, ensuring safe and quality delivery
• Plan materials, deliveries and logistics to minimise downtime on site
• Check progress against drawings, programme, budget and quality requirements
• Structured onboarding and 6 week training plan with a mentor, plus ongoing development

The Person:

• Fluent Dutch, with good English
• Construction site experience is desirable
• MBO 4 qualification in Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Uitvoerder Bouw & Infra, GWW, or similar
