Are you a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Director or Country Manager from the warehouse automation / material handling space, looking for a senior role where you can shape a market and build something locally?

Do you want a position with real ownership, working with a high-growth robotics and automation solution, backed by a global team?

On offer is a senior, permanent role covering the Benelux region, where you will take full responsibility for growing revenue, converting opportunities into orders, and building a high-performing partner / integrator network.

You will be joining a specialist automation business supplying warehouse robotics and systems into sectors including e-commerce, 3PL, pharmaceutical and retail. Due to continued growth in Europe (and with this role created through internal promotion) they are looking to strengthen their commercial leadership in the Benelux market.

In this role you will drive pipeline generation, deliver ROI-led proposals, forecast accurately to leadership, and work closely with Marketing, Solutions and Project Management to support customer-facing activity and local strategy.

This role would suit a senior sales professional from MHA / WMS / MHE, looking for a high-autonomy role with clear long-term progression as the business scales across Europe.

The Role:

• Own and grow Benelux sales for warehouse automation and robotics solutions
• Convert pipeline opportunities into order intake and provide accurate forecasting
• Build and enable a partner / integrator network across the region
• Develop a healthy pipeline across e-commerce, 3PL, pharma and retail
• Remote-based anywhere in the Benelux, with travel for customer and partner meetings

The Person:

• Fluent Dutch and English
• Senior sales background in warehouse automation / material handling (MHA, WMS, MHE)
• Comfortable owning a market, building partners, and selling value / ROI-led solutions
