BESS Service Engineer

€40,000 - €50,000 + Industry Specific Training + Long Term Stability

Are you an Electrical Engineer / Technician looking for a stable, site-based role where you can build your skills in renewables while being supported with industry training?

On offer is a permanent position with a well-established renewables O&M provider where you will receive OEM training and support as you work on a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Sicily.

You will be part of a small on-site team, covering a single site with local travel only. You will carry out service and maintenance, fault-finding and upgrades on electrical equipment including inverters and batteries, while coordinating day-to-day site activities safely and efficiently.

This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an electrically biased engineer with hands-on maintenance experience, looking for a local site role with training, support and long-term prospects within renewables.

The Role:
*Service, maintenance and fault-finding on a utility-scale BESS site
*Work on associated electrical equipment including inverters and batteries
*Coordinate site activities including planned outages, maintenance scheduling and H&S
*Single site coverage in Sicily (local travel only)
*Permanent role, 40 hours per week (on-call as required)

The Person:
*Electrical Engineer / Technician with hands-on maintenance experience
*Experience working on BESS / Solar or relevant renewable infrastructure
*Full driving license and access to a car (site-based position)
*English required, Italian beneficial
