Are you a Senior Electrical Project Manager looking for genuine autonomy and technical progression, where you will be trusted as the expert on major, data centre projects within Finland?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international electrical engineering contractor delivering complex electrical packages from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and final handover. You will be given real project ownership, work closely with senior stakeholders, and be supported with long-term career progression as the business continues to expand.

Due to continued growth and major project wins, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical fit-out works within a data centre environment. You will be responsible for overall programme delivery, quality, and commercial performance while leading multi-disciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors.

The Role:
* Lead the delivery of major electrical packages on large-scale data centre projects from mobilisation to final handover.
* Oversee electrical containment, lighting, small power, switchgear/ATS interfaces, and life safety systems.
* Drive programme performance, cost control, productivity, procurement, and change management.

The Person:
* Senior Electrical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with an electrical bias.
* Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction packages end-to-end.
* Background in mission-critical environments (Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial).
* Strong leadership, commercial control, stakeholder management, and handover/commissioning knowledge.
