Are you an electrically biased service / maintenance engineer ready to step into a hands-on leadership role where you will lead technicians on site and take ownership of day-to-day service delivery across utility-scale Solar PV? Are you looking for a role where you can set standards, drive safety, and grow with a business rapidly expanding its German operations?

This is a great opportunity to join an established renewable energy business operating utility-scale Solar Parks and BESS sites across Europe. With continued growth and investment, they are now looking to add an ambitious leader to take ownership of their service function in Germany and support future expansion.

In this role you will lead technicians and on-site activities for O&M, coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance, organising works on site, and liaising with office-based stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. You will remain hands-on where required, leading by example and driving high standards across safety and compliance.

This role would suit an electrical service engineer looking to step up into a site-led team leadership position, with autonomy, responsibility and clear long-term progression as the team grows.

The Role:

• Lead technicians and on-site activities for O&M of utility-scale Solar PV (and BESS sites)
• Organise and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance works
• Liaise with portfolio/project teams to plan works and keep sites running smoothly
• Drive operational safety and regulatory compliance on site

The Person:

• Electrical operations / service / maintenance background with large-scale infrastructure experience
• Bachelors, Meister or Techniker (or equivalent) and a full driving licence
• Fluent German (English beneficial)
