Are you a qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer with installation or maintenance experience, looking for a stable, long-term role where you'll be trained into Solar PV and properly supported in the field?

This is a permanent position with a well-established renewables operator (part of a wider European power group) where you'll join a growing team covering multiple utility-scale solar sites across Brandenburg, with clear support, structure and the chance to build a long-term future in renewables.

In the role you'll travel site-to-site carrying out preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs across modules, cables and inverters. You'll assess faults, complete repairs either independently or alongside the wider team (larger swaps are team-based), and keep digital logs of works completed. You'll also be part of an on-call rota (1 weekend in 6) with paid compensation, supporting remote diagnosis and attending site when required.

This role would suit an Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for long-term security, structured training into Solar, and a role where you're trusted to get the job done.

The Role:

• Covering multiple solar sites across the Brandenburg region (field-based)
• Preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs on modules, cables and inverters
• Fault-finding, assessing work required and completing repairs with digital reporting
• On-call rota: 1 weekend in 6 (remote diagnosis and call-outs as needed)

The Person:

• Qualified in an electrotechnical field (vocational/NVQ equivalent) with installation or maintenance experience
• Fluent German and a full driving licence
• Any Solar / renewables exposure beneficial (training provided)
