Excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Owner with production planning and supply chain exposure to join a fast-growing industrial software business building products for real factory operations.

The company develops an optimisation-led B2B platform used by planners and supply chain teams to improve real-world execution, scaling product delivery across German and international manufacturing environments.

You will own the product backlog and prioritisation process, align the roadmap with founders and engineering, and act as the internal voice of operational users. You will consolidate customer requests, implementation learnings, and sales insights into a single pipeline, turning one-off requests into scalable product capabilities while ensuring automated optimisation decisions are trusted and usable.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations alongside software delivery experience. You are confident working with engineers, comfortable building product processes, strong in enterprise stakeholder management (including pushing back on custom requests), and fluent in English and German.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact product area, working directly with senior stakeholders and industrial users to enable the next stage of growth.

The Role:
* Own the backlog and align roadmaps with founders and engineering.
* Translate operational workflows into user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Build trust in optimisation outputs, automation, and user override workflows.
* Unify customer feedback and sales insights into a single product pipeline.
* Track outcome-focused adoption and value metrics.

The Person:
* Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
* Familiarity with industrial users and manufacturing/logistics workflows.
* Confident partnering with software engineering teams on delivery.
* Strong stakeholder management, including managing custom requests.
* Fluent in English and German
