€4,000 - €6,000 per month + No Stay Away + Monday-Friday Hours + Structured Training + Bonus

This is a secure, permanent position with a global safety, survival and skills training provider, offering the stability of an on-site role while still investing in your development as an instructor. You'll be put through their instructor training and supported with continuous development and shadowing.

The business are expanding and growing their electrical engineering training programmes as a new discipline, so you'll be joining at an exciting time where you can have real impact. Longer-term, there is scope to build towards becoming a department lead and help create training courses aligned to client needs.

In this role you will deliver both theoretical and practical HV/LV training (including cabling), ensuring safe delivery, assessing delegates, and completing course documentation to standard.

This role suits a candidate who wants an onshore, no-stay-away career with work/life balance, but still wants progression through becoming a specialist instructor and shaping electrical training over time. You do not need experience as an instructor or trainer!

The Role:

• Deliver theoretical and practical HV/LV electrical training (including cabling) on-site
• Prepare training areas, run sessions to timetable, assess participants and complete course documentation
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (on-site)

The Person:

• Qualified in electrical (the subject you will train) with HV/LV experience (BA4/BA5 or transferable)
• Comfortable working with stakeholders of multiple levels and presenting - You do not need to have been a Trainer or Instructor before!
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Local to Oostende
