Are you a document controller / projects administrator, looking to join a leading construction programme? Do you have strong EDMS workflows and the confidence to hold multiple stakeholders to clear document control standards?

This is a fantastic opportunity, to work for an expanding business, in a highly varied and fast paced role, where you will make a real impact on the projects team and have chance to develop your skills.

This is a permanent position where you'll take real ownership of document governance rather than being limited to filing and admin. You'll be supported to build structure, reduce rework, and raise the standard across contractors, suppliers, and project teams. You'll be joining a high-growth environment with exposure to EPC-style governance, handover readiness, multi-vendor compliance, and process standardisation.

This role suits a high-status motivated Document Controller who wants to deepen into a recognised specialist/lead-level information management position.

The Role:
* Own EDMS workflows on a major construction programme
* Ensure compliance and quality standards met
* Reporting progress to PMs for closeout
* Boden-based rota: 1 week on-site / 1 week off-site.

The Person:
* Document Control / Information Management experience in construction / major projects (EPCM exposure beneficial)
* Strong EDMS workflow ownership with a quality/audit mindset
* Confident stakeholder management and English proficiency; comfortable working to the Boden rota
