Are you a engineer with a strong electrical field service background, looking for a high-impact role with Share Scheme and International Training?

Do you want to take ownership of building out a European service function in a fast-growth, electrification-focused business?

This is a permanent position with a pioneering high-power charging organisation, offering the chance to take real responsibility and shape how service is delivered across Europe as the company scales.

You'll be joining an innovative team solving a genuine infrastructure bottleneck, with a high-trust culture and the opportunity to have visible impact through end-to-end ownership and direct feedback into product improvement.

In this role you'll act as the senior technical escalation point, enable service partners, and run day-to-day service operations from the Amsterdam hub including spares, logistics, and coordination from delivery through to commissioning support.

This role suits a professional motivated by building something and stepping into leadership over time, as the European service centre grows and develops into a wider regional team.

The Role:

• Technical support across grid-connected charging and power infrastructure
• Partner enablement and training, supporting field service partners and customer technical teams
• Service Operations
• Delivery and Commissioning Organisation

The Person:

• Service engineering background with a strong electrical/power systems foundation (EV charging / BESS / UPS / utility / industrial power or similar)
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Full driving licence
